Unlikely to be triggered under pn17 coz shareholders equity still at 70% of share capital as per bursa malaysia guideline "the shareholders' equity of the listed issuer on a consolidated basis is 25% or less of the issued and paid-up capital (excluding treasury shares) of the listed issuer"

Greedy did u make any in eduspec?pigilah tengok website dia dulu ,balia sangat la company tu,kalau ada duit belilah sikit glove couter lagi baik la walaupun dah harga tinggi .eduspec ni boleh beli tapi selepas conso tunggu dia jatuh baru beli ,kalau tak percaya tengoklah selepas conso apa akan jadi .
