It is all good news all along even we dont see it.
Eduspec turn around event is working so far one by one.

All the worst bad report they show upfront
Last qtr 4 ..qtr 1 ...all bad ..and fixed .
Consolidation approved..
Consider fix already ..

One more is RCPS ....once this is over
Very soon ..hopefully within this Aug and sep

Eduspec will start on a clean plate and platform
Lean and muscle...cash on hand from RCPS
Will be enough ..

In summary of EGM only need to know these
1.Matlamat Wawasan corperation with Eduspec is ongoing....not cancelled..ongoing .

2. Whether change government or not
Not issue ..(there is one shareholder ask this question ...) Matlamat Wawasan contract
Is ongoing ..Actively ...discussing with government...

3. Theme park projects in Port Dickson
Will scale down ....or like no rush..
Instead concentrate indoor theme park and online and facebook ...producing result .

I am still holding...even after consolidation

Eduspec will be up ...just need to wait

CEO mention 2021 will he the year ...
Make money


So government of the day will continue to implement...K12 program via Matlamat Wawasan ..with Eduspec corperation

So will be unexciting...until RCPS is over.

Last hurdle
