the Board is of the view that the Proposed Private
Placement is adequate to meet the Group’s financial requirements at this juncture.

To improve the financial condition of the Group in the long term, the Group will continue to look into implementing alternative new business opportunities through new projects or potential acquisitions/partnerships to enhance its bottom line.

The Group may procure bank borrowings and/or embark on future fund-raising exercises to meet its funding requirements for any such opportunities identified as and when they may arise.

On behalf of the Board, Interpac wishes to announce that the Board had on 19 February 2024 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Proposed Private Placement at RM0.0647 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

Eduspec bags RM30m 5G hardware testing job from EG Industries unit

The contract spans one year commencing from April 1, 2024, according to the group.

Eduspec added that the job is expected to contribute positively to its consolidated earnings.

Eduspec issued 543millions of free warrants EDU-wc . Now need to create some good news to bring in sotong. Now Edu-wc trading at 10c. Hopefully this "news" can bring in $54m when all the warrant unloaded . The good news is the EDuspec is going to provide training for 5G engineers course bla bla bla. Assuming can get 50 engineers per year to attend the course, each paying 5000 rgt, voila $250,000. Not enough to cover the admin. But does not matter, the aim is to unload the 543m warrant and mother share. See how a "BIG" news can bring in $54.3m rgt.
