This kind of stock need to be patience. Big Patience equal Big profit.

But EduSpec pending 3 big announcements :

1. Free Warrants - Waiting for Entitlement Date , Ex Date - Exercise Price ...
They need average of how many days to work of price . Was it 3 days or 5 Days .. some one confirm Please.
2. Representatives of EduSpec to visit Uzbekistan for negotating of STEM education for their PreSchool - Middle and High School - K12 Plan. That is direct negotiating.
Then announce won contract also ... within this year as their school system also start Jan 2020.
Surprise Local Press does not cover that.
3. Our MOE contract - Billions Ringgit contract Jan 2020 . Need to finalized and announce contact
latest by 01.12.2019 as Contract winner need time to prepare ... before school start on Jan

Same with Uzbeskistan School contract.
All this line up we count loh... now 15.08.19 ...within 3 months ... announce one by one.

Immediate will be ... Free Warrants ......soon loh .... so decide now either you sell or buy is...
it ok ... investors all have different strategies - profit goal - profit time line.

Edu has other income from thier present operations . Only mention rcps..issue price 0
10. Rcps will be issued by tranches not one shot
For AOF to convert it will be 0.10 plus execise minimum 0.015.
.
Question is can Edu spec price go higher than 0.10 based on above. Any accountant here can confirm?
