Trive Property Group Bhd intends to raise up to RM63.77 million through a rights issue with warrants, mainly to repay its term loan and to fund the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in a subsidiary, Avenue Escapade Sdn Bhd. It is also planning to consolidate every 25 of its shares into one share, which would result in an adjustment to its share price.

（吉隆坡7日讯）TRIVE产业（TRIVE,0118,主板科技组）宣布系列企业活动，包括收购、股票整合，以及发行附送凭单的附加股。

该公司文告指出，建议以991万2467令吉现金，收购Avenue Escapade（AESB）有限公司的其余40%股权，目前该公司已持有后者的60%股权。

该公司并建议将现有25股的股票，整合为1股的股票。

在股票整合后，该公司以2配12附送7凭单C比例，发售最多9亿1104万1056股的附加股，以及最高附送5亿3144万零616张的免费凭单C。

Avenue Escapade有限公司为一家产业投资控股公司，拥有八打灵再也的Menara Persoft。


作为参考用途，假设目前股价为2.5仙，一旦股票从25股整合为1股后，理论上而言，新整合股票的股价将变为62.5仙。

假设附加股每股售价为7仙，公司将最筹得6377万3000令吉，除了其中998万7000令吉充当上述收购融资，其余其中5159万6000令吉则充当偿还贷款。

Set buy queue at 0.005 to collect some for at least double profit. Likely cannot get due to shark's big block. If get, wait for shark to push price up prior to consolidation date. Big chance to win if can get 0.005 but advisable to invest little only due to nature of penny stock and director's relation to other group of lousy penny companies.

Here in stock market either you have cash queue at 0.01 or knowing the operator and get some benefits and cut lose at 0.01. Otherwise just wait shit happens then showing up and start questioning other people decision.
