嘴炮是一个网络流行语，意指那些常常发表一些自己无法做到的言论之人，也指以嘴为炮，吹牛，撩嘴子。 与好友交流时也指对对方的言论让人无言以对的夸奖。 在ACGN文化中，指主角充分利用口齿伶俐的特点通过对敌人动之以情晓之以理的劝说以及声嘶力竭的吼叫对敌人造成精神上的伤害，是一种常用“技能”。

对他人的言论作出【嘴炮】评价的人，往往并不在乎这种观点错在哪，或者是这场争吵有什么症结，而更多关注于发言者的方式、语气，以及“观点与我相左或不符”这样一个事实。也就是说，【嘴炮】更多时候并不是对内容本身的批驳，而是对发言者论述方式或论述水平的不屑。因为实际上会运用【嘴炮】来评价他人的往往都是一些人文社科类、内容与言论并不能马上实现、发展存在较多可能性、其本身也具有较多争论的领域。这些领域的问题往往都难以得到快速得到解答或是有事实得以验证。【嘴炮】更多的是形容对方在论证时的态度或是方式并非恰当，而使其它讨论者感到不适或不快。言论本身倒是其次。当然，有时候说人【嘴炮】是“一本正经地胡扯”，那就是内容问题为优先了。某人总是嘴上放大炮，声响却无用，不会对实践造成多少影响，难以或根本无法运用于实践，作出好的改变。空而无用，故称此人打【嘴炮】。

I held this counter since 2009, when it was called ETITECH. What I can notice within these 11 years was, a period of time, there were some speculators join this party, then left with tears, then another new group come, repeat again the process. This counter gave so many fake hope within these 11 years, from solar, property, especially property, genius trick, if you read back previous all announcement and news, you will understand. Now here come another new group, come with hope. What is the final ending? If you read all 10000 comment from this forum, you should get some hint. As usual, every several year, about 3 years once, I will come back give warning. Next time should be on 2023, if this counter still exist

怎么辨别老千股?

资本运作频繁
频繁的资本运作、特别是供股(包括公开发售)和合股是识别“老千股”的一个典型特征和首要依据。

低股价
低股价是老千股特征，但由于频繁的供股和“向下炒”，股价长期低于10c，也即所谓“仙股”已经很大程度上成为“老千股”的一个共性。

跌幅深
同样由于“老千股”“向下炒”的财技，其复权后股价往往都经历过很深的跌幅，标准为当前股价相比历史高点跌幅至少在80%甚至90%以上。

小市值
一定程度上，其低股价和小市值恰恰是“老千股”的行为所致。

基本面差
基本面差的个股才会考虑通过财技来牟利。因此，我们的筛选标准是自上市以来，净利润亏损年份超过一半时间，没有分红。

更改名称
为了掩人耳目，“老千股”通常也会频繁更改名称，因此也可以作为筛选的一个参照。
老千股”利用财技收割韭菜的大致做法为：
通过利好消息或者其他方式将股价拉升，吸引二级市场投资者入场，等到了高位的时候不断出货，用手中筹码往下砸，当价格到了低位的时候，大股东再通过上市公司合股后在供股低过市场的价格方式在补回之前抛售的股票。
