VIS result normally best in Q4 btw now only Q1 can get 2.5m PAT which is considered historical high compared to the past Q1...Let see about the Q2-Q4 result...

Relax n just enjoy his personal stock sendiri trolls rather to b unsecured and irritated . Below is the point that why PAT dropping...
1. GPM decrease from 70 to 57%, my guess is because the material cost increase.
2. Comparing YoY Increasing S&D Exp, my guess is the cost of the agent fee from overseas.
3. Got tax compare YoY Q1 last yr (actually PBT YoY increasing)

Summarize this result is quite ok for me because
1. From my view the S&D exp is something like a fixed cost comparing to the Q1FY21.
2. If we assume that this is fixed cost or will increase but slowly compare with revenue growth
3. This will become a smaller effect on the PAT when the revenue goes up

Then the problem comes out. Will the revenue goes up?

My short answer is Yes.

Why? From the prospect, we know management says the tech industry is booming right now.

On the other hand, we look into VIS financial statement. As everyone knows tech company always look good in their financial position and VIS as well. This QR showing the receivable dropping 1m from Q1 but don't forget this quarter earn 9m revenue. This also shows the company has a strong ability to collect back their money.

Also, we cannot ignore the risk is this company affected also in the FMCO during June. Next QR also won't show an attractive number due to this. But for this FY21 believe having a bright prospect for VIS.

From my point, if the company doesn't have their own technology they cannot make the profit margin up to 70% sometimes...Although this machine seems like "low" tech but their machine having more function compared with others in the market.

Just wondering which quarter shows profit margin up to 70%. As far as i can see their profit margin varies from -11% to around 25% for the last 5 years very inconsistent
