this quarter got reversal of provision of about RM1.8m. excluding this, i think they lost money. so be careful. also, companies typically get people to push prices up when they want to do private placement so that they can fetch high price and raise more funds.

Based on latest qtr results and annualise , pat should be at least 7.5m - 9m and assume PE of 30x (very conservative figure}, the company shld be worth 225 to 270m, and given the small paid-up cap of 110m, the share price shld be at least worth 2 to 2.5 !! VIS has already made remarkable profits for the last 4 qtrs
