I think buyer let it free fall first since the market sentiment not good right now, the volume so low only seller show up their selling interest. Maybe intentionally make the price lower then they can collect out-the-money warrant.

The sold volume reflected was small, most of the people still positive on this counter, (I knew people painful with the new price 0.815 -> 0.735), will see!

The Warrants will be listed and quoted 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad which will be made after the completion of the Bonus Issue of Shares. The notice of allotment of the Warrants will be issued and dispatched to the entitled shareholders in due course.

Do means wait for the announcement?

cimb had sold all, so the minor selling will not pose a big challenge to the overall picture . Now we know that stock of this nature is very vulnerable to any sell off by an institutional player , more so the volume is too big to handle , all these while small fries also affected and keep on selling and cut losses . We can see the OVERSOLD chart looking quite bad... now is thus very cheap to hold again given that many had suffered untold losses. Long term shall be all right if you got that holding power....

Before this, somebody mentioned the private placement share price is fixed at 1.18 before bonus issue which is equivalent to 0.79 after bonus issue. That PP party must be cursing the VIS very much because losing 15% in 1 week time.. LOL

Doesnt look like false le because they announced it officially through Bursa official website.

"On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 1,673,100 Placement Shares representing 1.5% of the total number of issued shares in VHB were issued pursuant to the Private Placement and were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 31 October 2017, marking the completion of the Private Placement and VHB's compliance with the Bumiputera Equity Condition."

This announcement is dated 31 October 2017.

Usually the PP party has studied the company and believe that the company future prospect is worth for investment and the value is more than 1.18. But this time they really lost a lot money.
