I guess one simple explanation for today share price movement is majority of the retailers only look at the technical chart, they don't care and they don't know what's the company is doing, what's the news etc, only when the price breakout, then you will see it will move very fast

Dr Jorg did not sell the stake to others but to his own registered company in Germany...though he still have not stand out and make any clarifications but what we can derive from that is that he is still very much interested in his investment in frontken and will continue to invest and maybe more, that's why he is linking his own CP company now with frontken. No company will link his profitable biz with lost making subsidiaries

it is a good strategy ...the only thing now is what is his plan for the future...is there stronger business synergy by doing so..I am pretty sure he is a smart man and he has thought through it...the point is he is not leaving and will continue to invest and will take frontken to the next height. So, my conclusion is..I am totally with him!
