Previously, our government said to roll out 5G in the second half of 2020..especially when the demand of wfh is on the rise, i think once the good news comes out, this stock will be flying again. Whatever the price it is now, it is surely attractive one. Only if u dont have enough money to average down, just focus on the short term. Because the economic impact or covid is still unclear.
Oil price has no material impact on this company. Only contributes a small part(<20%) of total revenue. Most of the order book comes from PETRONAS. Unless PETRONAS defaults on payment, which very unlikely.
U are right newbie8080. But one thing for sure, there are a masa investors who would probably drive all these shares down due to panic selling. Its an open market, not a market only to those u invest based on emotion. Its just for us to be more cautious, orrrr, an oppurtunity to grab more when fear is looming.
Different nature of biz. Different capex size. Different types of clientele
The closest company that is similar to Serba is Eversendai. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If Frontken has now been trading at the price level before the Covid-19 market crash, this stock also should be traded higher too! Huge undervalued!
We have seen a balance in supply vs demand for the last few days..will have to wait for 1Q20 and see how the company view on the prospect of the sector
Hi, fella, how's everything, price has gone back to rm2.xx, must be a disappointing thing for a lot of singkalan, when the price big drop during March , everyone will come out say overvalue,.. just a cleaner company...Not even worth $1... But look at the speeedy price recovery...singkalan always talk shits, they know nothing about frontken....
Nevertheless, without exception, frontken earning for 2020 will be sure affected by the recent problem, I foresee whole market will have another big correction after Q2,I hope I can add more fronken by then.
Go and study. Who speaks rubbish will know he mouth smells. Really have many weird ppl ard here. Knowledge as small as ants hill but want to boast like Everest. Really sad.
TSMC has been talking to officials at the Commerce and Defence departments as well as to Apple Inc., one of its largest customers, about building a chip factory in the U.S
@abn10, mind to share how big is the '''dip'' u are waiting? i wud like to add in as well, but how big is the dip only we add in, and actually how do we determine, at what price to add?
It depends on your risk management. Considering all the risk u would take, how much u are willing to buy? My risk and yours arent the same. Some factors i would consider, firstly because it is still in uptrend. Then i would check the company financial stability. Then can go to see its prospect, is this company still has a potential to grow? Consider the sector performance and the supply chain impact of the covid. But i am anticipating 5G roll out by end of this year will give a huge boost to the company topline. Then how much it will drop u never know. But considering how my view on this company, i would take the risk to accumulate more if the price drops below 10%, and accumulate little when the price drops within 10%. One thing for sure, nvest at your own risk. Dont follow blindly what people told, as some of them might try to con u.
Well, this news was release a few hours ago. I believe Frontken may decide to expand it's reach to US as well. Wait for the AGM in September for more news. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted by popo92 > May 15, 2020 6:59 PM | Report Abuse
How can Frontken benefiting from TSMC building chip factory in us instead of taiwan? Frontken factory is in taiwan. Think twice.
@newbie8080 there are many factors come into play. One of them might be because of increasing demand since we all know tsmc is the largest semicon globally. Unless of u think that tsmc would split its orders into two regions, while the demand is still the same, tsmc might be going in the wrong way which i think they are not. My take is that whenever tsmc keeps growing its business, we know that frontken has made a great deal of businwss with tsmc when they made an agreement to supply for them. And FYI, frontken EV/EBITDA is still highly undervalued
