DGSB disposed one of its biggest shares in ISS Thailand for QBI food cum technology which proceed will go into a 32mil investment.

Noted that ISS Thailand ( The PAT of ISS Thailand has grown from THB2.2 million in
FYE 31 March 2006 to THB29.5 million in FYE 31 March 2019 while the NA has grown
from THB8.1 million to THB142.3 million as at 30 June 2019.)

Another note to take is a appro. 5mil investing into digital advertisement.
