马云11月来马推介dftz‧纳吉：近1500企业将参与

首相拿督斯里纳吉宣布，阿里巴巴创办人马云将於11月3日来马，推介中国以外的全球首个数字自由贸易区（DFTZ）成立的专属平台。
他今晚出席国立大学举办的大学创业技能和人才（VEST）晚宴上表示，已有将近1500家小型企业决定参与推介礼。
他希望国内的中小型企业能透过这个平台打进中国和全球市场，开拓更大的商机。
纳吉指出，电商已成为现今商业的主要趋势，因此企业家必需随着潮流进军商机无限的网络市场。
他补充，政府也建立有效率的运输系统，确保消费者能在最短的时间内，收到网购商品。
纳吉表示，政府也将落实一系列的计划，包括提供资金，帮助国内的年轻企业家丶尤其是大学生进行创业。
鼓励年轻人以马云为榜样
他也鼓励年轻人将马云当成一个学习目标。他说：“马云的创业也是从一个小公寓开始，但他现在已经成为全球最有钱的人之一。
此外，纳吉呼吁年轻一代改变思维，不要局限自己仅仅成为一个受薪的“打工仔”，“只有创业才能改变自身的前景。”
本次的VEST计划是国内贸易丶合作社及消费部与国民企业公司（PNS）配合TN50转型计划举办的活动，旨在培养大学生的创业精神，并将创业当成事业选择。

国家银行指出，大马拥有3100万的多元化人口，以及日益增加的中产阶级，是金融科技（Fintech）解决方案开发和商业化的理想“试验平台”。
国行助理总裁Marzunisham Omar表示，由于流动和互联网普及率分别高达约141%和81%，这进一步加强上述论点。
Marzunisham今日在回教金融科技对话上致开幕词说：“金融科技的出现，开辟了新机遇，可大大有利于金融领域。”
“以技术为核心，金融科技已经创建了各种商业模式，有助于改善和简化10年或20年前似乎不可能的金融交易。”
针对此，Marzunisham说，现在是回教金融搭上金融科技潮的时候，他并称，到2020年亚洲电子银行消费者预计可达17亿，相比目前预估的6亿7000万。
“首先，凭借科技，业者能够创造更多价值和以客户为中心的服务。这可以通过使用生物识别技术、大数据和分析来定制解决方案。”
他指出，应用程序接口（API）等技术可以为客户带来显著效益，使银行交易更简单、更快捷和更方便。
“其次，科技采用可帮助回教金融接触市场，为服务未开发的市场提供一个很好的机会。”
“第三，流程方面，金融科技可以协助提高后端系统和营运的效率，包括通过使用预测分析来进行实时风险管理。”
Marzunisham指出，回教金融科技仍处于起步阶段。然而，以回教金融价值和原则为基础的金融科技初创企业、创新实验室和“孵化器”的数量在增加，虽然不像传统同行一样可见和无所不在。
他说：“在大马，我们的回教金融机构可得益于金融科技所带来的增长倍数。行业所需要的是投资在科技和人才，以加速采用科技。”
他表示，为了取得成功，行业先锋和从业者必须“将恐惧化为熟悉，接受数字化转型，重构整个组织”。
他补充，业者可以进行必要的营运、结构和文化转变。
“创新议程必须是董事部的优先事项，而且回教金融机构必须愿意分配资本和资源来实现这一项目。另一个重要的任务是为整个组织灌输和注入创新文化。”
“重要的是，回教金融机构必须开放反思传统的商业模式和经商手法，特别是对建立数字合作关系和策略联盟持开放态度，这有潜力共同创造创新的解决方案。”
