If public listed company can sue auditor for raising potential red flags, then shareholders should also be able to sue auditor for covering up potential red flags.

It is time that other external auditors follow the stand of KPMG to do a proper and ethical job when auditing the finance and accounts book of loss making penny stocks. Do not be pressured by the directors for any request or demand to cover up any potential red flags.
