Dragon fly doji form when the open, high and close are equal and the low creates a long lower shadow. The resulting candlestick looks like a “T” with a long lower shadow and no upper shadow. Dragon fly doji indicate that sellers dominated trading and drove prices lower during the session. Straught fwd is much more easier. One grp says negative another seems so supportive. If u not in, juz dun say. The kne wt negative remarks, we know ur attention to take at lower position. Let yhe mkt determines. As for mem taking into considerations of many factors, I have a positive view that the price is moving upward. I once saud it loud in ahb but n one cares. Thgs to ponder:
- tey por yee is in the board n being the director of the company which he bought the shares at the price of 0.065. Refer to Bursa announcement on 29 august 2014.
- the huge buying volumes at the range of 0.09 & 0.095 with shares trading hands at 0.085 which is a gd sign to push up the price.
- people gain confidence when the company's profit was more than 1m for quarter report as at june 2014. I thk they r doing better in sept.
- if u want sth good then lets do it.!
- all are in the hands of God. It's God's will after all. No one can predjct the future. If we r able to do so, that means we r God already.. Hahaha..

Wintoni Group Berhad (KLSE:WINTONI) entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire 50.1% stake in Ozura Firstlogix Sdn Bhd from Ozura Interactive Sdn Bhd for MYR 24.8 million on July 14, 2014. The transaction is subject to approval from shareholders of Wintoni, approval of all of Ozura Firstlogix’s financiers, bankers, chargees, debenture holders and other encumbrance holders, satisfaction of legal and financial due diligence, completion of the proposed rights issues by Wintoni and any other relevant regulatory authority approval. The transaction is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2014 and will contribute positively to the future earnings of the Wintoni Group. Folks DFK & Co was appointed as valuer in the transaction. KAF Investment Bank Berhad acted as financial advisor for Wintoni Group Berhad. Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd acted as Independent Adviser to advise the non-interested shareholders and non-interested Directors of Wintoni.

Teh Poh Yee takes position in several companies in their turnarounds. Currently, he is selling Protasco shares and buying into MP Corp. See his activity diversion to MP Corp soon - already bought 15 Million MP Corp shares at 55 cents a piece. So buy some MP Corp shares before it run away.

Doji Lines: from the Japanese meaning simultaneous, or at the same time.
The pattern occurs when the opening and closing price are the same.
No candle is displayed, merely a horizontal line. Not particularly significant in itself (perhaps a sign of indecision or lack of trend), but sometimes a component in multi-day patterns.
