（吉隆坡5日讯）科艺集团（KGB，0151，主板贸服股）获颁总值4600万美元（约1亿4800万令吉）的合约，以提供极高纯度机械与电器服务和医药系统。
科艺集团今天向马交所报备，公司接获新加坡上市公司———国际保健机构有限公司的上海子公司Kang Hui妇产中心服务公司颁发的合约。
集团将从今年12月至明年10月，在上海荷兰村提供有关服务给Kang Hui妇产中心服务公司。
不过，集团获颁的合约，将取决于金融机构最终是否批准对方申请的银行贷款。
科艺集团主席兼总执行长颜汉庆表示，这是集团有史以来获颁的最高额合约，也反映出集团在专业机械服务领域的能力。
集团相信，合约将提高2014财年的盈利。

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Kelington Engineering (Shanghai) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kelington had on 27 October 2017 secured a contract from Chengdu Construction Engineering Corporation (Group) (Registration No. 510100000100842) to supply and install bulk gas system and distribution piping (“the Works”) for GEXIN (Chengdu) Integrated Circuit Manufacturing, a joint venture company between worldwide semiconductor wafer foundry leader GlobalFoundries and Chengdu Municipal Government.



The total contract value is RMB 102.62 million (equivalent to RM65.4 million). The Works will be commenced immediately and is expected to be completed by April 2018.



The Works shall be funded through internally generated funds and bank borrowings.

RMB102mil = RM65mil.

Expected to be completed by April 2018, that mean this RM65mil will be fully recognised in 6 month period.

Assume the net profit margin is 5%, that mean there is an additional RM3mil net profit on top of its existing project for the coming 2 quarter.

KUALA LUMPUR: Integrated engineering solutions provider, Kelington Group Bhd has secured a new contract worth RM65.4 million from Chengdu Construction Engineering Corporation (Group).

In a statement today, Kelington said it will supply and install a bulk gas system and distribution piping for a new semiconductor wafer foundry in China owned by GEXIN (Chengdu) Integrated Circuit Manufacturing under the contract.

GEXIN is a joint venture company between GlobalFoundries, a global semiconductor wafer foundry leader headquartered in the United States and the Chengdu Municipal Government in China.

The contract was secured through the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary Kelington Engineering (Shanghai) Co Ltd.

It said works are scheduled to commence immediately and is expected to be completed within six months, ending April 2018.

Kelington chief executive officer Raymond Gan said the company is benefitting from the growth of the semiconductor industry in China which is largely driven by the “Made in China 2025” government initiative to increase China’s production of electronics and semiconductor products.

“This new contract adds significant credence to our growing customer profile of high-tech clients who are setting up new plants in China, which include Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), to name a few,” he said.

Kelington said the contract represents the single largest contract the Group has secured this year.

Year-to-date, Kelington has secured up to RM246 million worth of new orders, bringing the Group’s current outstanding order book to RM271 million.

At first I thought who is GEXIN, but after do some research then only know GEXIN is a owned by GlobalFoundries.

Look at the size of their investment in China, you will know how capable that Kelington can secured contract from this type of World Class Player.

科艺在另一份文告指出，在今年第一季获得高达7605万令吉的新订单，使目前的订单总额达2亿3930万令吉。

集团总执行长颜汉庆表示：“合约由集团回头客授予，表明我们能够满足全球跨国公司的严格要求。我们对于客户的支持感到非常鼓舞，并且将在2017年实现增长。”

该集团还说，预计将受到中国电子市场产能扩张预期的正面影响。

科艺集团（Kelington Group Bhd）获Hanwha Q Cells Malaysia私人有限公司的氮气供应合约，带动股价今早最高上升3仙或5.45%。

截至9时37分，该股起1仙或1.82%，挂56仙，共178万5200股成交。

这项合约是由子公司Ace Gases Marketing私人有限公司获得。Hanwha Q Cells是全球最大的太阳能电池和模块制造商之一，并在制造过程中使用氮气。

根据合约，科艺将在Hanwha Q Cells位于雪兰莪州赛城的厂房内，建立一个氮气制造机。

Hanwha Q Cells将在10年内支付约2000万令吉，作为定期设施费用。

科艺总执行长颜汉庆指出，这是该集团首个工业气体供应合约，并将为集团带来稳定和经常收入来源。
