Warrant B exercise price is RM1.20.
today warrant closing price 0.175 cent

So, To convert to mothershare.....
you need to pay 0.175 + 1.20 = rm1.375

Now, today mothershare price is 0.380

So...at this moment of time....
it is NOT worthwhile to buy warrant to convert to mothershare.

might as well buy mothershare currently at
0.380 cent only.
Unless now the mothershare is RM 1.30

As what i understand..

Share consolidation 10 Share into 1 Share same time as Warrant also 10 Share to 1 Share.

so as you say....0.03 cent become 30 cent
and warrant conversion price also 0.12 cent to RM1.20

look legit in calculation to me.

i am still blur here.

Ya, i understand that in order to be successful RI.....must fully subcribed

i believe JAKS RI oversubcribed, it show investors confidence on it.

i guess we need to wait for DGB announcement on Right issue and Warrant.

For the moment, 160 million share tradable for DGB which mean share price could go up or down easily...

now i am wondering, DGB going for RI very soon...so what should be the optimum pricing for it? 30cent or what price range?

Cut loss 1/2/3 if price hit ur support.
50% is sentiment.
U will be OK whatever price u trade.

i just worried it will become like Vivocom since after Share Consolidation, share is only 160 million.

By doing RI, it will increase the share tradable amount and thus maybe prevent GETS and Vivocom scenario.

i believe DGB management will push the price higher so that when doing RI , the exercise price is very tempting.

Jaks , RI is 0.22 cent but demand outstrip supply because due to Power Station venture at Vietnam.

As for DGB, Business venture on current U_Ping software and Smart Vendor machine is viable business?

Let wait for RI and see what is investors respond unlike JAKS that deal in Power Plant have a better future.

Meanwhile i am sure DGB will try to push price higher so that it look good on DGB unless another GETS and ViVocom scenario.

Vivocom also recently gone thru Share Consolidation.
and DGB just did Share Consolidation as well.

It is inevitable that DGB will go back to listing price around 0.45.
and then wait for further news.

As long RI yet to announce, it mean DGB management will slowly push to their optimal price.

Since now it is only 160 million on the market,
the price now can be easily shoot up or drop.

My guess is .....the price must shoot above 0.55 ESOS (last batch) before RI start.

it is going to be roller coaster for now.
