Reason for consolidation is to reduce the shares and make the stock counter "lighter", and easy to move, easier to grow, move up.

But somehow did not happen, keep on downtrend post execution of consolidation. Why

Kenie, I agree with you, see what happens to Mlab, after 10 became 1 consolidation, then RI of 9 sens, now the share price immediately drop from 30 sens till today's price of 9 sens, same price like RI price, DGB will happen the same when it is near to RI listing date, the price will drop to around 12 sens, sell the share now and buy back later at 12 sens..

I already told many times before, never ever trust this company...however so many promoters keep telling TP price RM1, RM1, RM1 even after consolidation ....now when RI joins the mother, share volume gonna go back to the original volume and price where it started. Apa2 pun this CON and scam company juga yang untung dapat duit lepas issue ESOS, SIS, PP, and now RI. After this when the company runs out of cash, consolidate again, issue PP again, issue ESOS again nd again. Where is the AI vending machine? PP issued purposely for AI vending machines or paying salary?.... never ever trust this company

Now it is a chance for DGB holders to sell the shares when big boys are still supporting the shares prices above 20 sens, once the RI days is near, the price will keep on dropping until at par with RI price of 12 sens, good example is Mlab, today price drop to RI price of 9 sens this morning, Mlab year high was around 80 sens and now only selling at 9.5 sens.. Beware...

Very dangerous game, if it drops below 15 cts for you to get the 6 lot RI @12 cts and 3 free warrant, how sure that with the big amount flooding the market, you will compete one another to sell it during trading, another big headache. Think carefully, if you doubt it is beneficial for buyers at the current price

Luckily I jumped out of this highly risky train !!! Guess even the free warrants with the Rights may not serve any benefits to those who subscribe for the RI. Look at the existing warrant (WB) .....after consolidation, its conversion price is RM1.20 whereas the mother share is only RM0.255 now !!! So that will give you some thinking what will be the coming warrant (WC) like !!

Remember to buy only when it dip to 0.12 on mother.
better yet....buy when it dip to 0.10.
then collect RI and sell RI at 0.0005.....make money 1st.

Guys, anyone holding DGB, the theoratical ex all price come 21st December 2020 is 13.8 cts ....if u hold DGB till 21st Dec , you will lose a further 11cts (25cts -14cts ). When the OR is listed it is expected to be 0.5cts to 1cts...and MLab is expected to drop till around 12cts or 12.5 cts prior to the last date of subscription....

It may be better to sell the DGB now and buy the OR at 0.5cts and apply for excess shares ....it is likely that the rights will noot be full subscribe and the connected parties will pick it up all...ACT BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE...this is just a view and not a recommendation etc...
