If you are under nominee like Maybank and rakutentrade then you are too late bec you have to go through them to subscribe last week. If you have another non-nominee account with another security company than you can transfer your OR over there n subscribe yourself. Pls find out from your remisier how you can do it.

my account is non-nominee, remiser asked me to liase with registrar on this convesion. i want to convert, now i have the borang already, yet to make a bankers check or money order but the amount to buy how to calculate? is it simply multiply 0,12 with the amount dgb-OR I have?

Ok like this,
Since you die die want to convert...

Check your trading account how much OR shares in total?

example

if you got 100,000
Do your own calculation
100, 000 x 0.12 = RM12k

So go to your bank and ask for banker cheque for RM12k
Since you got borang, make sure Payee name in the Banker Cheque.

Then go to REGISTAR and hand in your borang, banker cheque.
Pay rm20 for processing fee.

That all..

i did it before..Easy peasy

Yes....Holding Mother entitlement OR appear on your account.

At this point of time, you can immediately sell off Mother if you want....

OR can convert if you want or lose it.

If you convert OR....
then it become mother back and given free warrant...

The OR conversion mother and free warrant will automatically appear on listing date.
So no worries

Thats what i try to explain to u guys about the syndicate. The money u give to them, its not for business, it later on will jusf "acquisite" or "invest" other companies shares(read : tolong-tolong bisnes kawan).

If theyre really up to business, they should have used the money they "invest" in infostrike for the vending machine product dari awal lagi. Dah tahu nak buat bisnes, pergi invest dalam taiwan hotel lagi kenapa. Kata nak RI for vending machine product, in the mean time 30 million utk infostrike dapat mana pula?

End up if u put all the puzzles into pieces, theyre all one network of a legal syndicate. U give them the money, they buy out new shares of their friends.

Long term they will profit, once the malaysian market is good and all foreign investment is coming in. But short term, retailers lose. And the winner is the ratholes a.k.a the syndicates who knows the big picture.

Thanks to their centralized work. U can read one of the articles posted regarding Bursa found out unusual pump and dump, question is, Bursa berani ke mau kantoikan this big network of sindiket.

Well if you analyze some of the companies listed in articles above, their shareholding structure don’t have any shareholder above 10%

Problem in Malaysia is minority shareholders don’t gang up and block these ‘corporate moves’
All these moves that involve lots of funds need voting, but I guess most of us don’t care.
