Whoever fren bought EAH... please be alert.

I bought it earlier & now sold out liao...

Fundamentally, this company is OK only although the sales ramp up a lot due to recent project secured from income tax dept. Please bear in mind that the income tax project is ONE TIME OFF & the net profit margin for income tax dept is very low.

In fact, this company's net profit margin dropped already in year 2012 to 13% from 22% in 2011 & 19.8% in 2010. For 2013, Q1 & Q2 margin is OK with 13% & 23% but for Q3, the net profit margin is only 7.5%.

Why I write this? Because I concern about Warrengates especially you wish & hope this counter for ur marry stuck...

Dun fall in love with stocks especially a stock that does not have a distinctive business model. Treat this stock as a trading stock & so, if it drops below say RM0.17, a very strong support line, JUST GET OUT...

Another reason I write this because I am afraid that some big EAH shareholders may take this better one-time-off results to reduce their shareholdings with a much better price.

Income tax project can sustain for 6 months. I know next quarter is fine. But how about after next quarter??? That is why I said this counter is TRADING BUY, not fundamentally buy. If I am major shareholder, I will take this opportunity to sell off a big portion of my shareholding. Anyhow, technically, this chart is still OK with strong support at RM0.17. Can still play around with it with OK general market's condition.

stocklearner: First of all, thanks for ur alert, remind all of us who are holding EAH's shares. I totally agreed with your opinion that EAH is a trading buy coz this company is consider new listed. When the company keep growing, showing the financial result to public through the authorise auditor, you feel doubts with this company after you sold out all your shares. This show that you are selfish and try to threaten forummers here. This can cause panic selling by some forummers. We buy shares, using chart to see and analyst stock movement. Anything wrong with the say support level at RM0.17? If you feel that that is not a support level, please clarify and not just talk c0ck. Tq.

Unless theres a huge volume of 48 millions shares like 11th November, I don't see any uptrend! In fact volume has thin out for this counter! Ask other TA like Mr. Ooi or Matrixcool or whoever in this i3investor! Margin holders can t affort to constantly top up will have to force sell!

Not really for what's u mention . If there's day the Volume can achieve 50 mil shares turnover , i will consider the Syndicate will withdrawa their Game & EAH will turnover back to square . So , at this few days ( about 7 days ) the volumes is showing is balancing & cummulative for another uptrend ....... from the day 1 ( total 19 days ) to starting up 0.13 . Unless EAH prices break te gap 0.17 as closing prices ...... that's meaning to beware it ......

That's went into O&G or not , is not so important . What u mean fundamental ! The company on hand got 103 mil project going on . We assume 10% profit margin , as 10 milalready & debtor still o/s to correct 38 mil ( estimated correct inbetween 3 quarters ) . So , atlease the next 3 quarters can hit profit about 16 mil ......

1. Project awarded y income tax in July. Financial result is for end sept u mean that in 2 months, software design project can finish? 2 month can only end the feasibility study.

I do not think any billing is done for this project yet which will start contributing this quarter onwards
