On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the letter pertaining to the withdrawal of the listing application for the Proposals dated 28 May 2021, has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 2 August 2021 ("Withdrawal Request"). Subject to the concurrence of Bursa Securities for the Withdrawal Request being obtained, the new listing application in relation to the Revised Proposals will be submitted to Bursa Securities at a later stage.

1. INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of EA Holdings Berhad ("EAH") is pleased to announce that the Company had on 1 December 2021 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Third Telecom Sdn Bhd (“TTSB”) to collaborate for the design, provision and distribution of broadband access solutions, services and equipment utilising the 5G technology in Malaysia.
