In search: Most of the retailers went in RM0.16 to RM0.18, only a few went in RM0.20 to RM0.22. Who is holding the shares at RM0.22? Definitely is the sharks. Syndicate loss for round 1. Most of the retailers are now in the win-win situation. Already sold out half of their shares. Now, up to the big sharks to play. If go up, retailers earn more. I don't think EAH will be play like AT or DSCSOL coz this is a well establish company. Regards.

Retailer not selling at this price cos of the free warrant. Even if the price is stuck at this level, it is still ok as the free warrant will worth about 10sen which gives a return of 200/1800 = 11.11% assuming buying price of EAH is 20sen. Just my 2cent opinion.

In 2011, the same director also disposed off warrants. So far, no disposal of mum shares unlike the recent Instaco disposals of both warrant & mum shares.

disposal by directors..warrants are given free to shareholders, once traded opportunity to sell and make money :) will if affect the mother share price...let me think, hmmm...the mother share need to move up so the warrant will follow :)

Its normal for majority shareholders to dispose warrants for their pocket money. If the majority shareholders start to dispose their shares we have every reason to wonder why.
