My personal view is that short term gyrations. Long term excellent. Read my early morning posting. Company heading in that direction. Great management and excellent balance sheet. There will always be sellers so ya I m accumulating on the downside.

Thanks MC88. Do agree with you that e-payment is the way to go - currency will all go digital within the next 5 years.

Unfortunately, short term gyrations to the downside can be a killer if you are caught on the wrong end. And this can happen if the Mpay does not get the eTRS (it is after all a stepping stone for Mpay).

Posisi saya di Mpay sekarang kosong, beta analysis Mpay jatuh teruk 17% bulan september manakala beta analysis Iris naik 20%. Dah jual setengah posisi saya di Iris di paras 41 sen, keuntungan disimpan dan cuma menunggu announcement saja untuk take profit for balance position. Tak payah analysis paralysis atau ketuk orang. Tidak akan beli Mpay atau jual balance posisi saya di Iris selain daripada nasihat terbaru madiba. Kan senang saja.

Why don't you also state the time stamp on your and madiba's claim on 29 August that Mpay did not get the contract - it was well after Mpay had fallen from a high of 32.5sen ie if you sold at 30sen on the way down, then the price would have been 28 sen at the time you posted. Would retailers who bought early that day still sell at 28sen? And who told everybody on 28 August (night) that Mpay got the contract.

I'm sure you know that a lot of retailers were caught there.

By the way, why did you delete your posting in the Iris thread on your claim that the TRS award would be announced yesterday evening/night?? That is all I am asking. No one is questioning how great a trader you are with your sell Mpay / buy Iris trade.

pzul - U shud have just traded ktb intraday. I did that and was out for a 2 sen gain. Nobody really knows why the 15% stake was purchased for 62.5sen especially when the substantial shareholder ends up with 75%, so it looks more like a one-off punt.
