check it probably, Global Tax Free holds 30% stake in ManagePay GTF !!! do you think they will just simply dumb their $$$ and without any back up? personally don't think so.. cheers :) next week for sure will rebound.. what I will say is most of the stockie like to rumours around and press down the price cz saw the opportunities, when the price up they are the big winner.. don't fall into the trap

Robertzz, this article is few months ago. Arrangement made in view of securing TRS. I wonder that that this agreement is deemed to be null and void if TRS is not secured.

didn't say the director press down the price but the traders.. read it probably bro.. and also abt iris.. their price been dropping bcz of they have some problem, which delay of awards letter for Rimbuan kaseh and sentuhan kasih project and also have some issue on the JV agreements. please do some research !!

abt the director sell off their share.. let think it probably.. if you was the director and already set up a new company which are international operational joint venture with Global tax free already deal with South korea GTF, would you further invest on this company? for me this is the real business world and its normal.. end of the day Mpay will become the beneficial.

Semua analysis paralysis macam katak dalam air panas sedang mendidih pun tak tahu. Way way way behind the curve. Buat apa lah pengarah semua sedang jual selepas forum malaysia mengeluarkan 'retractment' kalau memang sudah nak dapat kontrak? Buat apa etrs dan dato dahlan jual equity mereka kalau memang dapat kontrak? Guna otak sikit....apa nak tolak turun bagi cheaper ESOS atau nak bagi orang Kastam collect?...kan ada cara yang lebih baik buat apa belanja berjuta juta tolak Mpay turun. Tak manasabah teori ini!

Tengok lah opposition Mpay/Global Tax Free dibandingkan dengan operasi Global Blue/Iris pun tahu siapa ada peluang lebih cerah dapat kontrak.

Tak ape lah. Saya pun sudah jual 30 sen hujung Ogos dan 5 kali saya sudah untung Mpay, 8 bulan ini ikut madiba, buat apa nak buang masa borak bicara di-sini. Cheque dah clear dan keuntungan banyak dah simpan selamat dalam bank manakala siapa yang degil tak guna otak rugi melarat sampai sekarang tak tentu hala analysis paralysis. Way ahead of the curve. I sold all censoft shares after a few months from last budget siva68.Now only in mpay and sumatec.Sumatec was a good return to me as i went as early as 26 cents. I made some money in mpay when i bought at 17cents and sold at 34 cents. Recently i bought at 30.5 cent and got stuck.Waiting for the news for the award of TRS. Thanks for your concern Siva and best of luck in your investment in censof. Thks

topaz -Hard to say with so much disinfo flying around. At the time my fren (he doesn't work in Global Blue) told me, it was just before the Focus news which was published in early August.

Dun forget that:

1. bullbear777 and madiba both claimed then that the Focus article was a ploy by various parties to goreng the counter and that the major shareholders would be selling down (this was of course weird as the major shareholder would stand to gain if the counter was gorenged upwards)
2. bullbear777 and madiba both then claimed on August 28 that mpay had won the contract award
3. when the share spiked up on August 29, both then claimed that Iris had hijacked the contract and that they had sold at 30 - 31sen and bought into Iris at 34sen, which then suddenly made a u-turn up back to 38sen.
4. Iris at that time (August 29) had fallen to a low of 33sen intraday bcos of the Edge article on its expected quarterly losses and this was confirmed by their bursa filing after closing on that day.
5. Iris price has been falling since then back to 34sen on Friday intraday before closing at 35.5sen.
6. Iris price is now up to 36.5sen (10am) probably on a technical rebound - don't get caught here!! The eTRS does not make much difference to Iris' bottomline due to its huge share capitalisation.

The other weird event is the manner in which the mpay boss CCS has been selling his stock and the price support whenever he sold.
