for me, it doesn't matter if it can't break RM4 mark today as long as it ended along RM3.90 region. RM3.80 also is still OK but RM3.90 is much better

KUALA LUMPUR (July 27): Careplus Group Bhd hit an all-time high in early trade Monday as it went back into the black for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020 (2QFY20), posting a net profit of RM36.21 million, of which RM15.4 million was registered as one-off gain from a stake disposal.

At 9.25am, Careplus rose 17.9% or 44 sen to RM2.90 with 61.65 million shares traded.

Quarterly revenue increased 26.9% to RM118.9 million, from RM86.9 million in the corresponding quarter last year.

The group said it will double its total production capacity to 8.8 billion pieces by end-2021 from 4.1 billion pieces currently — with a total of 50 production lines by then.

if u buy all three careplus, comfort & rubberex last 11 sept, right now u already smiling & don't need to brag anything to anyone..tier2 gloves indeed will follow tier 1 all because of sentiment play that still strong within glove sector

Comfort Gloves

Currently Comfort is producing 450 million gloves per month or 5.4 billion gloves annually. From February it has added 6 new production lines to its existing 49 lines. The production increase is timely to take advantage of the higher sale prices.

Rubberex

Currently Rubberex is producing 1 billion gloves annually. Its new production plants which is scheduled to start operation in June has a production capacity of 2 billion gloves annually. The total production will be 3 billion gloves annually.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY CAREPLUS' RECENT PROFITS.
Out of the recent RM36.21 million profit last quarter from Careplus, RM15.4 million was one-off gain from the disposal of a 50% stake in Careplus to Ansell Services. It means Careplus profits last quarter was really only RM20.81 million from the sale of gloves!

It is a pity Careplus sold their company to Ansell. Now Ansell will take 50% of Careplus profits.

Rubberex's profit margin is HIGHER than Careplus.
Rubberex's main business takes place in Europe where the virus is getting out of control right now.
