Dude, Careplus sold 50% of Careplus (M) Sdn Bhd to Ansell. They also meanwhile bought out 49.99% (the remaining) in Careglove Sdn Bhd, which was a JV with a Brazilian company.Effectively making it 100% owned by Careplus.

Now, you can understand it for all I care. Just don't mis-guide the rest of the crowd here.

"From the next quarter onwards, Careplus (M)’s accounts will be deconsolidated from the group's accounts to comply with the relevant accounting standards. Thus, it will only be sharing 50% of profits given its reduced stake in the subsidiary."

Careplus' subsidiaries include Careplus (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Rubbercare Protection Products Sdn. Bhd., which are involved in the manufacturing, processing and trading of gloves.

My goodness... when I read some of the comments, I almost laugh till fall of from my chair. I mean you guys compare careplus and rubberex, then fight for it? Both company have their own strenght. Either you choose one, and trust on what you invest. OR choose both, or choose ALL glove counter and invest. Your aim is how much profit can a counter generate to you at this period of time or longer time or life time! not fight for how big their are. You want fight for big glove stock? look at topglove. You want fight for price surge? Look at supermx. You want less volatile? Look for harta and kossan.

You are not getting any revenues or profit in the few years but instead, cost to setup. So if any moron tells you to jump in, be prepared to be drown. I accumulated careplus big time between 3 to 3.30. I'm going to sit back now and just enjoy the show till end of the year. For those that haven't bought, anything under 4 is still a great price. Will be double digit share price by 2021.
