Doubling profit is one thing. But it is very difficult for companies like Careplus to double or triple their profit again because they haven't built enough factories to match the glove productions capacity of the Big 4 Glove Companies. And they also do not have the customer base of the Big 4.

The question is can Careplus continue to double their profits every quarter?
The Big 4 can do it but I doubt Careplus can.

Sypher @NoNonsenseHere, I think you should consider that last qtr they had the one-off sale off their stake for rm15 mil. Means last qtr they only made 36mil-15 mil= 21mil. This qtr they made 42. So we can safely say double profit from their business

Don't forget Careplus PAT just 2 quarters ago was just 1.14 million. This is a phenomenal achievement for any company. From 1.14 million earnings in Q1 to 42 million in q3. With even bigger profit growth in coming quarters.

Careplus' EPS increased from 6.70 to 8.00. Careplus EPS only increased by 1.30
Careplus EPS is really TOO LOW for a growing company.

Supermax's EPS increased from 5.42 to 30.58. Supermax's EPS increased by 25.16
Next week QR expected to do EPS 37.

That's all I'm saying. I'm just stating the facts.

Last qtr EPS was also effected because of the 15mil for their sale. Technically, the EPS last qtr is much lower. Roughly 3.9 EPS. Please correct me if I'm wrong. So it means EPS also doubled to 8.

Simple calculation

The company will double production next year

Assuming asp didnt go up - rm43m per quarter x4 = rm172m

Double capacity = rm350m profit next yeae, pe only 6x

Assuming asp goes up by 30% (topglove up more than 30%), we will see profit rm70m next quarter

Simple calculation = Rm70m x 4 = Rm280m x double capacity = rm560m

Pe only 3.3x buy or not decide yourself

Their last qr production only made 21 mil but the sale made 15 mil, so it really screwed the numbers up. Almost double just from the stake sale to Ansell.
