Actually kind of make sense

Production capacity probably already at max so the incremental is the ASP which 20% increase.

Unlike big four which has capacity increment in place where the volume will ride the higher ASP.

The big jump is next quarter adding 6 new lines, about 20%, plus another 30% asp hike, so they will probably do rm70m next quarter

Profit of RM42 mil and an EPS 8 is terrible news for Careplus.

Careplus has to do RM60 million to RM80 million in order to justify it's current price.
Don't know what you all are celebrating about.

Superb result. QR3 EPS per share increased more than 125% from QR2 if you exclude exceptional profit from disposal of 50% JV coy to Ansell.
BS shows rm38 million in FD and reduction in short term borrowing from rm68 million to rm28 million. The earnings reserves has also increased substantially.

Based on current QR3 EPS of 8.0 sen annualised would be 32.0 sen. Based on today's closing price forward PE X is less than 12X. Look at this share price compared to Technology stocks PE X of more than 40 for stocks like Greatec, MI, Vitrox, UWC, Penta.

That is really TOO LOW for a growing company.

Supermax's EPS increased from 5.42 to 30.58.
Next week QR expected to do EPS 37.

42 m same earnings as Comfort last qr but cheaper than Comfort at the moment. Moreover, Careplus eps beat Comfort eps while trading at lower price! This will overtake Comfort by next week.

Simple calculation

The company will double production next year

Assuming asp didnt go up - rm43m per quarter x4 = rm172m

Double capacity = rm350m profit next yeae, pe only 6x

Assuming asp goes up by 30% (topglove up more than 30%), we will see profit rm70m next quarter

Simple calculation = Rm70m x 4 = Rm280m x double capacity = rm560m

Pe only 3.3x buy or not decide yourself

@NoNonsenseHere, I think you should consider that last qtr they had the one-off sale off their stake for rm15 mil. Means last qtr they only made 36mil-15 mil= 21mil. This qtr they made 42. So we can safely say double profit from their business.
