So how much is Suma going to get from constructing that said Condensate ExtractionPlant (CEP)? Now, lemme play around with some basic arithmetic.

According to the agreement cited in that company announcement: "Sumatec share of the final products resulting from the CEP shall be 332 MT of LPG and 5,000 barrels of condensate per day, after all cost".

LPG Component:
Now, current average price of LPG = US$0.65 per litre.
1 litre LPG = 0.51 kg
1 MT (i.e. metric tonne) = 1,000 kg
So, payments expected from LPG component = 332 MT/day x 1,000 kg/MT x 1/0.51 litre/kg x 0.65 dollar/litre = 422,968 dollars/day.

Condensate Component:
Now, current condensate price = US$70 per barrel
So, monies expected from condensate component = 5,000 barrels/day x 70 dollars/barrel = 350,000 dollars/day

Therefore, total payments expected = 422,968 dollars/day + 350,000 dollars per day = 772,968 dollars/day

Assuming two weeks downtime (maintenance etc.) per year, productive days remaining = 351 days per year.

So, total annual payments expected = 771,968 dollars/day x 351 days/year = US$270.96 million per year

Abu Talib bin Abdul Rahman is a Managing Director of Sumatec. He is also a Director of Markmore. Hence, Abu Talib and TSHS are deemed interested in the Proposed CEP Production.

Markmore has debt in sumatec receivable. now sumatec need to right issues and loan billion dollar to buy markmore and a lot of projects. TSHS is really rich & cunning. All is under his control. lol

Normally goreng one round first before rights issue because some people want to buy to get the rights. Just like bonus issue. People want to goreng or rush to get the stock before the rights announcement. So let it go up first. Only after the rights and ex-date only the stock will go down.

The numbers look good. IRR of 20% blah blah blah etc.

I mean share price is still heavily discounted, so its safe for now to invest. Few years later if it is poorly executed, then it is another story.

Ah Karp, if you got tonnes of cash, you try looking at Dialog lor. I olety started looking @RM2. Now it is RM3.22

I gv advice to folks in Suma to look at it when it reached 2.50 also, but not many listened.

Maybe you just try couple lots or so first, see how it works.
