So how much is Suma going to get from constructing that said Condensate ExtractionPlant (CEP)? Now, lemme play around with some basic arithmetic.

According to the agreement cited in that company announcement: "Sumatec share of the final products resulting from the CEP shall be 332 MT of LPG and 5,000 barrels of condensate per day, after all cost".

LPG Component:
Now, current average price of LPG = US$0.65 per litre.
1 litre LPG = 0.51 kg
1 MT (i.e. metric tonne) = 1,000 kg
So, payments expected from LPG component = 332 MT/day x 1,000 kg/MT x 1/0.51 litre/kg x 0.65 dollar/litre = 422,968 dollars/day.

Condensate Component:
Now, current condensate price = US$70 per barrel
So, monies expected from condensate component = 5,000 barrels/day x 70 dollars/barrel = 350,000 dollars/day

Therefore, total payments expected = 422,968 dollars/day + 350,000 dollars per day = 772,968 dollars/day

Assuming two weeks downtime (maintenance etc.) per year, productive days remaining = 351 days per year.

So, total annual payments expected = 771,968 dollars/day x 351 days/year = US$270.96 million per year

yup alittle bit of correction in global oil price for last week spike but will start to recover then continue uptrend hence sumatec also correct alittle.. tonight oil will spike again..

aiyah why worry.. iran the stupid terrorist sponsorgoing to be sanction soon.. ofcourse will spike above usd80.. Sumatec current production nothing to do with the CEP 1000 barrel given free next year.. current is 1600 lah lets say CEP stsrt this 1600 + 1000 = 2600 bpd.. this 1600 is only current it will increase over time..

all this time pump gas out only 1st.. then january sell gas then start to take out oil.. ofcourse take out gas 1st baru bleh the oil.. at 1st ofcourse only little oil comeout with time more oil will out.. Like CEp project 1st year 1000 then increase with time.. the not CEP project + CEP project next year bring lots of revenue..
