Last year, they disposed PM Securities for RM90M. So the company is now clean and cash rich..will KKP now restructure the whole group now its easier? Including the sale of block of shares of 68.32% held by MUI?

Many parties eyeing stake in company
Sources say PMH is currently in talks with several parties, including a private property developer, to sell a block of shares in the company.

“One of the plans is to take up a block in PMH as the property developer is looking to expand its business into hospitality,” a source says.

This was confirmed by PMH’s spokesperson.

“There have been parties that approached us when they learnt that we sold PM Securities,” the spokesperson tells The Edge when contacted.

Company has 0.04 Sen Net asset trading at 0.13 that’s like 3x its value.

There is also long over due receivable of 30 mil driving that net asset number which would likely need to be impaired as its has never been collected

Corus Port dickson also looks like scary abandon hotel - dunno if got people stay there. Everything falling apart

Even Magma fka Impiana with so much asset after rebranding and new shareholder entry trades at 2x net asset
