Resepi Nasi Ayam Penyet
Masa Penyediaan: 45 minit, Masa Memasak:45 minit, Jumlah Hidangan:8 orang
Resepi Oleh: Che' Nom

Bahan untuk ayam penyet (rebusan):
1 ekor ayam, potong 4 atau 8
1 ketul kiub ayam
1 inci halia
2 ulas bawang putih
air secukupnya

Bahan untuk rempah perapan:
1/2 sudu jintan manis *
1/2 sudu jintan putih *
3 sudu besar ketumbar *
1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
1/2 sudu besar serbuk lada putih
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
sedikit garam

Bahan untuk tepung kriuk:
Lebihan perapan rempah ayam
1 biji telur
1/2 cawan tepung beras

Bahan-bahan untuk nasi ayam:
3 cawan beras, bersihkan dan tos
6 cawan air rebusan ayam, atau ikut sukatan jenis beras yang digunakan
3 ulas bawang putih, diketuk
1 batang kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
5 biji buah pelaga
1 sudu besar mentega atau minyak sapi
1 helai daun pandan, carik dan simpul
Sedikit garam

Bahan-bahan untuk sup ayam:
1 ikat sup bunjut adabi
1 tangkai daun sup
1 tangkai daun bawang
1 batang serai
bawang goreng

Bahan-bahan untuk sambal ayam penyet:
10 biji cili padi
10 biji cili merah
10 biji bawang merah, belah 4
3 biji bawang putih, hiris kasar
3 biji tomato, belah 4
5 cm belacan bakar
1/2 gengam ikan bilis
3 sudu besar gula melaka, atau secukup rasa
secawan minyak
limau nipis atau limau kasturi
sedikit garam, jika perlu secukup rasa

Bahan untuk hidangan sampingan:
4 ketul tauhu
2 keping tempe
Sayur dan ulaman (timun,daun selom,kubis,kacang panjang,tomato)

Cara-cara untuk ayam penyet (rebusan):
Basuh ayam dan rebus dengan air secukupnya bersama halia dan bawang putih. Anggaran 15 minit atau sehingga empuk.
Angkat ayam dan toskan.

Cara-cara untuk rempah perapan ayam:
Sangai rempah bertanda (*). Sangai bermaksud masak seketika di atas kuali tak berminyak sehingga naik bau.
Sejukkan rempah dan kisar bersama semua bahan lain sehingga halus.
Gaulkan ayam rebus diatas bersama rempah kisar. Perap selama beberapa jam. Minimum 2 jam supaya rempah meresap ke dalam ayam.
Goreng ayam sehingga sedikit garing di luar.
Gaulkan juga rempah bersama tauhu dan tempe sebelum menggoreng. Tapi jangan campur dengan ayam.
Bahan lebihan rempah akan digunakan untuk tepung kriuk

Cara-cara untuk tepung kriuk:
Gaulkan lebihan rempah bersama tepung beras dan telur. Percik bancuhan ini ke dalam kuali dan goreng sehingga rangup.
Boleh juga disalut bancuhan ini ke atas ayam perap sebelum digoreng.

Cara-cara untuk nasi ayam penyet:
Panaskan mentega dan tumis bawang putih, kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga dan pandan sehingga naik bau.
Masukkan beras dan kacau seketika.
Masukkan air dan sedikit garam. Tutup tudung periuk dan masak seperti biasa. Boleh juga gunakan periuk nasi elektrik.

Cara-cara untuk sup ayam:
Panaskan air rebusan ayam bersama sup bunjut dan serai. Che Nom dah tak letak halia dan bawang putih sebab sudah dimasukkan semasa proses rebusan ayam mula-mula tadi. Boleh juga rwbus bersama bahagian tulang ayam sepeti leher dan kaki ayam (jika anda suka).
Masak sehingga mendidih dan tabur dengan daun sup, daun bawang dan bawang goreng.

Cara-cara untuk sambal ayam penyet:
Goreng ikan bilis dalam minyak sehingga garing. Angkat dan asingkan.
Goreng cili dan bawang dalam minyak yang sama.
Kemudian goreng tomato sehingga layu.
Kisar kasar ikan bilis, cili, bawang dan tomato yang digoreng bersama belacan bakar.
Panaskan minyak lebihan tadi, masak sambal yang dikisar kasar bersama gula melaka. Perasakan dengan garam jika perlu. Hati-hati kerana ikan bilis sudah masin.

Cara-cara untuk bahan sampingan:
Goreng tempe dan tauhu yang sudah digaul rempah.
Hiris timun dan tomato, serta bersihkan ulam-ulaman lain. Hidangkan bersama nasi dan ayam penyet.

Like i said before you guys need to time your timing to make money,for me my objective to buy ASB is bc they are super cheap for the kind of fundamental that they have.Some of you might want to sell at TP 0.25 or TP0.35,whatever it is up to you much you satisfied.For me my target is between 0.80-$1.It might sounds crazy but i don’t think its impossible.My target is i want to buy a new GTR R35 with this ASB profit ha ha and i dun mind keeping 2-3 years to reach my aim.Most of my other portfolio is mostly in glove,tech or consumer industry.So john1102 if you are so panicky over such a penny stock counter i seriously advice you not touch stock anymore,keep the money for your family better or invest in safer option like unit trust or whatever,stock market is no joke and not for the faint hearted,don’t buy with money you can’t afford to lose especially during this covid times.Many now already facing depression and committing suicide or even worst MURDER.ASB is cash rish company but the this lady CEO is very conservative and prudend in her business approach,she is a very smart women.Just have to wait for new catalyst or ventures to happpen,maybe she feels now is not the right time yet to make the move.BE PATIENT :)

Guys if scared with ASB then i recommend one more counter-HB GLOBAL (5187).This counter also low price with very good fundamentals.3rd largest shareholder is Khazanah Nasional.They are a China company listed in M’sia dealing with foodstuff.Now China flow of business will start improving since Biden already won.I am slowly collecting at 0.15 today.Thank me later :)
