they dealing with India company for some project ,highway asset on sale n they workharding to lower company debts...

Bandar Malaysia is a very unrealistic project. Which just purely become a hot topic to help Najib to gain some support from "those" who involve. Also to sell Malaysia land to pay the debts of 1MDB . Najib government is actually more focus on TRX tun razak exchange where the underground mrt exchange in progress. Bandar Malaysia will not start so soon, there is a very high possibility that High Speed Railway HSR be cancelled same as this Bandar Malaysia.

Even Najib government more focus on TRX but all can see TRX progress is damn slow . Whichever Government linked projects wont be finished fast or On time. And always high possibility to be cancelled/on hold without valid reasons.

After Sp setia take over by GLC , kl ekocity site progress also slow down badly.

So far only residence tower 1 completed, the rest of few towers all on hold, the latest resi tower Viia also get a very bad sales result.

GLC sounds big but poor performance. Goreng at your own risk
