AmInvesment Bank Research has maintained its “buy” call on Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) but raised its fair value to RM1.89.

“We make no changes to our FY17-19F forecasts, but we increase our fair value to RM1.89 as we lower our discount to its RNAV to 10% (from 20%) as we believe the stock is ripe for further re-rating due to expected positive news flows in the upcoming months. Maintain buy,” AmInvestment said.

“We also would not discount the possibility of MRCB having a bigger role in Bandar Malaysia development moving forward, due to its expertise in transit-oriented developments,” AmInvestment said.

malton already deny the bandar malaysia project. why still think malton will get the project ? any news ? if no news , thats your own imagination , and give excuse why malton will get the project later . you can go hantam malton now by all means.

in my opinion, the one who will get the project is GLC company or umno related company.
so big kangtao must give some portion to them for sure. May be MRCB might take up a bigger role in bandar malaysia project , even it cant get the master developer project role.

may be can get extra land from the project.
