（吉隆坡20日讯）马资源（MRCB，1651，主板产业组）建筑与大道收费业务改善，加上带着“大选概念股”光环，分析员唱好后市并调高目标价。

53亿订单在手
另竞标29亿工程

丰隆证券指出，马资源目前握有53亿令吉订单，管理层也正竞标另29亿令吉工程计划，特别是土木工程和长期收费合约。

若再纳入12亿令吉未志账产业销售，未来4年的盈利可见度是明亮的。

东散大道关闭获赔

同时，根据2018财政预算案，东部疏散大道（EDL）自2018年1月关闭，预估政府将买进这条大道，或根据车流量赔偿马资源。

管理层估计，一旦脱售EDL、天地通大厦和ASCOTT，该公司将转为净现金公司，进而占据更优势，以执行多项有利可图的计划，如KWA S ASENTRAL和武吉加里尔SENTRAL计划，合共发展总值226亿令吉。

丰隆证券看好该公司建筑业务的复苏、大道收费贡献走高，以及大选概念股的身份，进而调高目标价，由1令吉18仙增至1令吉26仙，估计本益比约是15倍。

从技术面看，该行表示，马资源股价由1令吉31仙的今年高点滑落15.3%至1令吉11仙后，可望出现技术反弹。

“一旦突破1令吉13仙，可朝1令吉16仙和1令吉20仙迈进，之后再放眼1令吉27仙；惟逆转则料在1令吉零8仙和91仙寻求扶持。”

Hopefully that 58 million can overcome the 100m posted in the YOY basis. Anyone seeing a red number % will panic and sell off. Hence, price will definitely drop by a few cents

Hello, contra player will not play this counter lah..if there are hardworking enough. This counter no volume at all ( maybe once a month). Got also very little only nia.

Whenever price drop always say clearing contra player, contra player invest everyday lah (day trader) so there are no such things as clearing contra players.

This guys has been promoting this stocks way back. But the truth is the company itself is badly managed. This company is a giant dinosaur feed with people money, so it wouldn't have synergy growth. (The pace of growth is slower than the money to feed them).

All this while, they have granted mega projects but the price hard to break at all. Accept the fate...MRCB is another failure, don't get trap.

this is potential stock but not the best stock. For your so call reserach,,,,,I ask a primary school student also can do loh...majority in Malaysia knows, when election comes,, majority GLC stocks will simply fly. simply choose 1 also can kena. No need to promote day and night.

The question is when? Everyone can simply pick a stock and simply "Sin Kan Lang" and put a TP.

Do you know you can invest to other stock and come back to this later. Since day 1 when you promote this MRCB,,,the price still ding dong ding dong (majority in red)...at the same time if you use those money to invest into other stock you may have generate some profit joh.
