MRCB balance sheet seen to improve further in 2H - TP 98 sen.

MRCB has only a modest to moderate reliance on government infrastructure-related projects and will not be severely affected. Government infrastructure-related projects account for only 23% of MRCB’s external awarded contract value of RM6.2 billion (outstanding order book: RM5.1 billion). On a brighter note, Putrajaya’s nod to proceed with the LRT3 project shall be viewed positively as MRCB will continue as project delivery partner (PDP), although the proposed “fixed contract” mechanism may contribute lower earnings versus the pre-agreed PDP fees.

this stock sure up one ...either before budget or after budget...logically it will rise before budget because people tend to buy on RUMOURS...and sell on NEWS....so with budget day is 2 November this year, so logic its a matter of time it will goes up..with Oil and Gas stocks are poor performance lately except than Hibiscus, MRCB will shine...this two weeks...Insha Allah...

Rumour Prasarana issued Letter of Intent to GK and MRCB today for RM12bn contract for LRT3, 50/50 JV between GK and MRCB. Known fact - MOF has given large amount of cash to Prasarana to jump start the project, rumor very large cheque being written to MRCBGKJV.
