Being taken private at RM4.10, based on reports/analysis, expected to go thru. Why isn't this stock trading near RM4.10? Normally after announcement stock would be trading near the privatization price. My only guess is the owners want it to trade below this price so the offer 'looks' attractive and will be accepted. Any other thoughts?

Just side by side next door is Ecoworld's Jln Belimbing Kota Masai lands. Ecocoworld is selling lands at Rm45 psf. So how much should be MAHSING's Lands worth psf?
haha Calvin, seem like you pick share by luck.. Jcorp had announced any dividend distributed during this period will deduct from the RM4.10. where is the cream?
Its value is far more than RM3.823. And its future growth is also far more than what it is worth (after reevaluating its present assets worth especially lands) today.

I know Calvin has disposed. However there are still investors hoping for arbitrage(privatize at RM 4.1 vs current price) gain.
