Last time Big Funds sold Lafarge at 66 cents by the billions. They were wrong on Lafarge. Calvin bought Lafarge in the Sell Down at only 66 cents. All thought Lafarge going bankrupt?
Surprise of all surprises!
Lafarge later rose 1,000% into Blue Chip Zone over RM10.00
So there will be a big surprise for those weak holders who let go now when Kulim has planned the Invasion of Pengerang by converting 15,900 acres of Oil Palm Lands into houses.
Guys for someone expert level to buy plantation stocks in Malaysia doesn't realise people already buy from Indonesia due to lower price, you really can judge his level.

Here it is
Contract no P 028369083 Bought at Rm2,570 for 3 lots
Total Rm7,710 dated 4th June 2015 _______________________________________________________________________
3 lots only ah ... A meagre, paltry three lots only ah ... Dude, if I had as much confidence in it as you seem to do, I wud hv bought 30 lots, at least ...
dear all, pls don't shoot Calvintaneng, like him, i too don't have the capacity to buy 30 lots..but this doesn't mean i do not have right to think positive or negative on the stock. Or perhaps I am wrong on Calvintaneng, he has the big fortune to buy 100 lots and more only he needs to think how to sell the big lots unless he has insider news that someone will buy from him. Perhaps Calvintaneng can share more "insider" view on JB properties market up to date as a Johoran?
As I drove back into Spore I pondered over the Highway called EDL in Johor.
It stands for "EASTERN DISPERSAL LINK"
This highway is to "DISPERSE" Traffic From JB City into Permas Jaya, Megah Ria, Bandar Sri Alam, Nusa Damai, Kota Masai, Pasir Gudang, Tanjung Langsat & Pengerang.
I also heard that 3Rd Bridge will be built in Pasir Gudang area.
Few years back PM Najib mentioned a 3rd Bridge Link.
I think Kulim's 15,900 Acres of Lands in Pengerang are ripe for development.
The more I think of Iskandar & Pengerang's progress the more I thought of the good prospects of Kulim
The Fact: Kulim’s 2014 Annual Report: “Freehold and leasehold plantation lands of the Group have not been revalued since they were last revalued in 1997. The directors have not adopted a policy of regular revaluations of such assets and no later valuation has been recorded. As permitted under the transitional provisions of IAS 16 (Revised) Property, Plant and Equipment, these assets continue to be stated at their 1997 valuation less accumulated depreciation.” See Page 315-319 also.
The Question: What would happen if the lands were revalued? If so, when?
Kulim will only up when it declares div. When its one of the major shareholders Kumpulan Wang Persaraan sells it, it goes down. And Kulim will buy it back to make it up.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
