17,409,700 shares traded on 08/10/2015 Day's Range: 2.98 - 3.07, Average Price: 2.9984, Open: 3.07, Close: 3.00, Dropped 7 cents Total Buy Vol. (Transaction): 5434700 (234) Total Sell Vol. (Transaction): 11974400 (430)
Q&A: Why price dropped with relatively large number of shares traded? Someone (or certain persons) were selling it cheap, or simply put, dumping their shares for reason(s) unknown to most of us. (Note: I think the reason why, and who, is important for next course of action).

Thursday, 5 November 2015 Kulim suspended, possible privatisation BY CECILIA KOK - The STAR
KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the shares of Kulim (M) Bhd was voluntarily suspended on Thursday on possibility of a privatisation exercise. In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kulim said it had requested for a suspension in the trading of its shares from 9am to 5pm pending a material announcement.
It was last traded at RM3.30.
Johor Corp has more than 60% stake in Kulim, whose business interests range from plantations to property and investment holding.
if it goes private i dont think it would be good for the minority shareholders, Kulim is cash rich and with the share buyback they have been doing the past 6 months, i dont think it would cost Jcorp much
