@Mabel thanks for your good info and advise. You are very honest with your opinion and declare your interest in a transparent manner. I have a clearer picture of TDM now and the risks involved. I bought it recently bcos its the cheapest entry into the plantation stocks, hoping to make a quick gain and chow. You come across as a very disciplined investor. Btw, Body Shop belongs to Natura , a Brazilian co not a Msian co. If you are as patriotic as you claimed, then you should buy perfumes made from palm oil products...:) Good luck to your dancing Tony, maybe if you teach him how to invest successfully, he may be able to afford Chanel parfum gift for coming Xmas.

Point taken...
Warren Buffet said "Never invest in a business you cannot understand.”
I suppose everyone have different views in making their respective investments. For me, it is easier if you invest on something that goes in line with the country’s direction and at the same time doing something that will benefits this Country as well as the Global community. I always has this rule of thumb when I made my investments. I do this as it will benefits the people surrounding me and also to the Global Community. 10 years from now as I look back, I want to feel that I was part of these success stories.
Perhaps the best advice is to Invest on something that suit your personality. When I was small, I love watching Dallas...so I end up buying 18 O&G Companies. Now I feel like part of the Erwing Family..
That’s why I also love the Plantation and Technology Stocks
My Motivation in Plantation
Export revenue RM 67.6 billion (6.1% GDP) Feeding more than 3 billion people over 200 countries. B20 biodiesel for the transport sector by end-2020. Demand to increase palm oil by 500,000 tonnes per annum. Indonesia Petromina has mandated the use 3 million tons per annum
Inspired by Armada, Velesto and ICON turnaround stories, I have invested in 3 PN17 Companies as I believe the best way to learn about a company is to your stake in it. Right now the 3 PN17 Battleships are cruising...TH Heavy has now registered 7 Consecutive Profits, Scomies has also registered 3 Consecutive Profits (excluding bail out parent Scomi). Barakah has now registered it's 2nd profits. All these counters has registered double digit growth.
Hence, I'm expecting the same thing will happen with TDM as they have strong back up from the oil rich Terengganu State Government. Despite current financial handicap. TDM has been profitable even better than some of my Tier 1 Plantation and has been good to my overall Plantation P&L.
Noted about Natura, the founder of Body Shops. My understanding that Body Shops is founded in 1976 in Brighton, England, by Dame Anita Roddick. I have been using Body Shops for many years. So when they decided to go public, my immediate reaction is to buy the Innature Body Shops share when it was listed. It's nice to buy something that you '"own". She also completes my selection of Health Care Collections.
Don't worry about Tony, as any modern gal, I usually buy my own stuffs and we usually go Dutch on our date.

@Mikecyc TDM undergone exhaustion of fund raising methods, will face with cash insolvency sooner or later :
1) asset disposals for sale of Indonesia Plantations, got court case in proceedings against Indonesia local regulators.
2) Supply 60 % of output agreement to get upfront cash but is delayed since July2019 as BAnk Guarantees is still cannot provide to Buyer company.
3) PP shares of 168.3 million proposed on March2020 ...1st tranche is fixed price at 0.217 but no quantity indicated , is signs of lack of confidence of subscribers.
Avoid TDM .. Tak Da Mangkin .. 26/07/2020 10:31 AM
That's why you said in Armada...Armada gives me 244% ROI That's why you said in Greatec...Greatec gives me 677% ROI That's why you said in Scomies..Scomies gives me 80% ROI
Mabel, thanks for ur transparent feedback. Your advice is indeed valuable not only here but also in O&G and Gloves. I follow ur advice and I have gained 6 figures b4 I retire in 2 years time. God Bless You.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
