Very simple explanation oldman...

P2: Plantation is currently on Full Engagement while the rest of the sectors are either on AutoCruise. In Parallel, I'm planning to consolidate my collection to focus on defensive stocks and Very strong Highly Profitable companies.

Anyway, this my selection are doing great .

Pre Pandemic = 66
Post Pandemic =88

Now Planning to consolidate into 80.

Currently, high on my agenda are these 4 sectors and they are sitting on Top 4 Position in my Business Plan for this year (KLSE and Nasdaq)

P1. Healthcare, I have a collection of 12 companies under Healthcare including Gloves Fantastic Four. My motivation is to contain Convid 19. One of them is the World No 1 Producer of Gloves and Malaysia is the World Largest Exporter of Gloves.

P1 Healthcare is on AutoCruise

P2. Plantation, I have a collection of 11 Plantations. My motivation is to feed more than 3 billion peoples across 200 countries. One of my Plantation is World No 1 Biggest Plantation and Malaysia is the World 2nd Largest Producers of Palm Oil. Another Plantation has 60,000 hectares of rubber plantations which is process to produce premium Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR) which compliments my Gloves Collection. Malaysia is the World 3rd Biggest Producer of Rubber

P2 Plantation is on Engagement Mode as I plan to top up.

P3. Technology, I have a collection of 8 Techs companies. Technology is one of the sectors that support my Digital Economy Program. One of my collection is the World No 1 Biggest Supplier of 5G. Currently, 40% of the World Mobile Subscriptions are handled by this company.

P3 Technology is on AutoCruise

P4. Energy. I have a collection of 18 Battleships. The goal is to consolidate to 11 Companies due to Brent Volatility. Mabel Energy Armada (ranked World No 5) and Yinson (ranked World No 6). When merged, it will create the World Biggest FPSO. All these two FPSO operator has operating presence in Asia, Africa and Europe. FPSOs contracts are bankable, providing steady visibility (long-term charters, termination protection) with reasonable project IRRs. FPSOs tender pipeline are strong and steady. Brent has already breached USD 40..

P4 Energy is on AutoCruise..

TDM , let’s see the latest 5 years results:

FY15 : revenue = 381 million , profit = 74.3 million

FY16 : revenue = 429 million , profit = 21.5 million

FY17 : revenue = 449 million , profit = 22.7 million

FY18 : revenue = 405 million , Loss = - 76.4 million

FY19 : revenue = 432 million , Loss = -79.6 million

Mickey, you seems to be missing the point. Like Mummy said many times, all these old stories have been factored in with the current price. Otherwise TDM, price would have been like my KLK, Sime Darby and IOI Corps.

TDM can ride in the upcoming Plantation rally together with her 11 Plantation sisters. This is exactly what happen to my collection FPSO Battleships. Armada and Yinson. What matters is the Total Plantation P&L is profitable. When your total P&L is very profitable, you can take calculated risk. TDM has Hospitals across the country. It's part of giving back after gaining so much. In addition the oil palm business is very lucrative. We are dealing with an industry that can can feed more than 3 billion in more than 200 country across the Globe. Beside, this Plantation are supported by the Oil Rich State of Terengganu.

I'm an Investors. All the financial stuffs let Armada CFO handle that after all we pay them to do the job mah...

Of course they still need needs to recapitalise their balance sheet

Its highly leveraged financials remains an ongoing concern (MY8.5b net debt, 2.8x net gearing level and 7x net debt-to-EBITDA).

The need to degear by: (i) monetising part of its FPSO/ OSV assets, (ii) seeking redeployment opportunities for FPSO Claire, subsea construction vessels; Installer & Constructor and (iii) reducing expenses, takes priority overgrowth. BArmada needs to prioritise efforts to restructure/ refinance its loans to improve its cashflow position. So it's still work in progress. However that doesn't mean Armada is bad company..

BA is the Top 5 FPSO operator in the world by fleet size. Operating presence in Asia, Africa and Europe. T&I and OSV (lossmaking) are complementary businesses.
- Unlike OSV and T&I operations, FPSO’s contracts are more bankable, providing steady visibility (long-term charters, termination protection) with reasonable project IRRs.
- FPSOs tender pipeline is strong. Winning a job is a catalyst.

Combine with her younger sister, Yinson which is highly profitable and healthy balance sheet, these two sisters fulfill my vision to own the biggest FPSO in the World. Currently these two FPSO is ranked P3 in my collection of Fossil Fuel Battleships.

Bottom line, the same arguments apply to TDM. TDM will play an important in my collection of Bio Fuel Plantation.

Didn't know you cannot read financial figure.

Currently with that High Net debt, Armada is still consider Below Fair Value: ARMADA (MYR0.27) is trading below our estimate of fair value (MYR1.04)

Earnings vs Savings Rate: ARMADA is forecast to become profitable over the next 3 years, which is considered faster growth than the savings rate (3.9%) and ARMADA's is expected to become profitable in the next 3 years.

Even with Armada High Debt, I can close my eyes and Buy, TDM is really nothing to shout about. If you want to play safe, better put your money in FD Mah...
