1 billion glove maker , except Comfort which is around 0.5 billion market value and Latexx, i do not see any other company in Malaysia with this size and produced surgical glove.

Rubberex too small , Supermax is too big... , so the answer for Comfort is around 50%.

In terms of market capitalization the other top three are above RM1 billion, Comfort may sound possible at RM540 million whereas Rubberex is only RM186 million, the premium may be rather too high.

The target company must be substantial in order for Top Glove to achieve double digit growth. Comfort whilst growing is still too small.

Glove factories in Msia:

Sel=60
Perak=18
NS=10
Penang=6
Melaka=7
Johor=2
Kedah=2
Kelantan=1.

In May, TopGlove bought 2 factories, 1 in Muar & 1 in NS (both have strong market in China)

And TopGlove priority now is to expand China market and China will be the main growth for glove makers in 10yrs time. So its target should be glove makers with major export to China.

Currently Glove usage per year per capita:
a) USA = more than 130pcs
b) China = 5pcs

Top Gloves doesn't need to buy out 100% just the major shareholders' stake to assume control and consolidate revenue and share its profit.

Just a conjecture here. Both Top Gloves and Supermax price is going up in tandem today.

Think highest chances will go for supermx and comfort. To me, Supermx has glove city that is about 50 billion production capacity, Topglove after expansion is about 59-60 billion production capacity ..... in order to maintain at the top in world glove production, Topglove might go to invest in Supermx glove city project, and this might cost 1 billion and above.

Anyway, both has possibility and long term will have good prospects.
