@hyino cuz when a company acquiring another company normally they will pay a premium price, which means if a company is being acquired, it will normally receive extra profits in their accounts.

There is some growth value , brand value need include in their selling price. Comfort is fast growing company , revenue grow ,25% per year.. if you are owner.. you will sell your company for the price of market rate now ? I won't sell of price not attractive enough.

Not matter top glove take anot.. Comfort worth for price RM 1.20 with current result..
If so lucky top glove joint venture with comfort , it is bonus for us. Just go look at their revenue from 2015 until now.. you can find out how amazing of this company...

Cash Free ( high chance for business growth - on R&D or new factory ) , Able expand fast although fire accident happen ( Management good enough survive in bad situation )
