Comfort definitely need fund for expansion in CY2018 and the following years just like what TopGlove did few years after listing. There are 3 possibilities way to get extra fund:

[a] Bonus issue + warrant
[b] Right issue + bonus issue (share + warrant).
[c] 10% of Private place.

This is bcoz operating cashflow is insufficient to support the quick expansion and they need to do it quickly before TopGlove, Kossan, Harta n Supermax expansion completed in 2018-2020 period of time to capture more market share.

FY2018, CG add 8 new lines from 40 to 48 or 4.8bil (increase of 20%)

FY2019, if another 20% cap increase, they need 10 new lines ( become 58 lines or 5.8bil).

FY2020, another 20% cap increase, they need 12 new lines (become 60 lines or 6.0bil)

Comfort definitely is on expansion mode. Your suggestions is definitely correct. Like riko says I am not knowledgeable but I know when to buy and make money. That's all that matters. Believe me when I say Comfort will definitely go higher next year.

Fundamental wise no problem.. techinical wise:
