if topglov really become substantial share holder of supermax then comfort is in good shape because comfort could be coveted either by kossan or harta to protect their own market share of glove.

topglove target wouldn't be so obvious, why would they increase the value of their target (and give more bargaining power) before the acquisition?

On the other hand, if the negotiation is still on going, Top Gloves would not have made a public announcement stating that the deal is 99% in hand.

So everyone except for those insiders privy to the deal are only speculating here. For all we know, it could be an unlisted entity in which case such announcement will have no impact on the targeted company's share price.

NOSH: 560 million

Price per share is about 1.79

Is it reasonable ?

using current capacity, revenue per annum is about 460,000,000
using 11% profit (previously down was due to higher inventory cost) 50,600,000
using PE ration of 20 for M&A is 50.6 / 560 x 20 = 1.80

So the offer price for take over by Topglove is about 1.80 ......

So, buy now ...... with 80% gain within 1 month .....

Just nonsense sharing .....

Ruberex(7803)
Net Tangible Asset :RM1.05
Earning Per Share : RM0.075
PERatio : 10 times,the lowest PERatio amongst all glove companies
Current Price :RM0.775

If Ruberex(7803) PERatio goes to 15 times as same as Comfort currently,then its share price should be worth RM1.14

Compare to two different companies,which one is cheaper?
I think the share price of Ruberex is more cheaper than Comfort

Comfort has unique glove making business in examination/surgical customised gloves that made it different to those latex and nitrile glove business ..... Margin wise can demand higher ....

If Topglove want to do M&A, they may interest in this kind of business for them to venture and explore this higher margin market and customer base.

The MD of Comfort is preparing the company to be competitive and profitable in order for the son to take over. Top Glove and Supermx bosses are at loggerheads, so it's a good as anyone guess whether there will be any takeover. Just hold on to Comfort for long term gain. Looks like Rm1.20 is achievable by 1Q of next year.
