When the valuation is too low like PE multiple of 4, there is no incentive for short sellers to come in. They will only short sell the shares when the share is over-valued.

covid is still there and there is sign of another outbreak

even if the covid is controlled, stringent SOP that requires more PPE will probably be with us for at least 2-3 years.

There is no way glove demand will slow down because all countries had a deep lesson on glove shortage, they will pile up stock just in case the outbreak happen again

It is all logical thinking.

RainT, ya, many bursa investors very strange nowadays. They thought they could predict the future better than scientists do. The most upset comments were those two so called financial experts given on Tv, few weeks back , claiming glove is over and vaccine arrival spell the end of the demand. Well, this is so called con men. Instead they emphasis on recovery stocks. Now those who believe went to follow and not run away quickly will trap there.
