wait, the 2k acres of land is 1 big parcel of land or it's in various different locations? If there's a revaluation, we need to probably take into that into account as different parcels of land will be valued differently.

Yes buddy. Those are words spread by people for them to take advantage of the current market. That is how it goes at least for now. No wonder that the price has been hovering for quite sometime. As though, it was forced to go up by buying demands but not that worthy in reality.
