As for Suma I won't worry too much....the future fundamental is good with many" things" in the pipeline......I think QR2 shd be ok....in preparation to exiting PN17.....at same time due deligence is taking place & raising funds to acquire the new assets...be it in the form of right issue or private placement........So volatility in the price (short term) has nothing to do with the fundamental of the company......It's more related to the sentiment/physological behavior of the stock holder especially after kena lanyak by this sharks last week........
If you have holding power & still have sleepless nights.....I suggest take sleeping pills....as you are worried over nothing.........copy n pasted, appearing in Suma forum.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 27): Property player Talam Transform Bhd has proposed to dispose a piece of freehold land in Selangor measuring 58.68 ha, for a total cash consideration of RM28.83 million to Mutual Double Sdn Bhd.

Talam Tranform said in an announcement with Bursa Malaysia today that it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement on Aug 27 with Mutual Double, to dispose that piece of freehold land in Mukim Serendah, Daerah Ulu Selangor, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan.

The proposed disposal is expected to generate a net gain of RM0.57 million to the group, it said, adding that the proceeds from the proposed disposal would be used to repay the group’s borrowings and for working capital purposes.

It explained that the land was acquired in 1994 and the original cost of investment was RM7.97 million. The net carrying value of the land as at Jan 31, 2014, was RM28.26 million.

The exercise would enable Talam Transform to improve its current liquidity position and reduce the group’s borrowings.

The net assets of Talam Transform would also increase by 0.01 sen to RM0.14 per ordinary share, while its gearing ratio would improve from 0.51 times to 0.46 times, based on its audited financial statement as at Jan 31, 2014, it said.

Mas was for example b4 d planes tragedy was floating around 35cts although running at huge loss...so price was factored at 35cts basing on NTA value n few other govt linked companies price adjusted basing on nta value otherwise on UMA. I am not an expert i feel Talam is moving up....my2ct.
