打南雄风向马交所报备，旗下独资子公司Europlus機構私人有限公司，與Mutual Flexi私人有限公司签署买卖协议。
Europlus所脱售的地段拥有永久地契，在1991年收购，投资成本为233萬令吉。脱售完成後，公司估计可入账585萬令吉。
该土地属於商业用途，但发展区域以住宅为主。
截至1月31日，土地净价值为1427萬令吉。
打南雄风表示，脱售所得将用於偿还公司的贷款，以及充作营运资本。
