The Board of Directors of The Company wishes to inform that the Company had on 17 May 2016 received a letter pursuant to the Land Acquisition Act, 1960 on the Kuala Lumpur Land Administrator’s intention to hold a land inquiry pertaining to the Compulsory Acquisition for the purpose of “Projek Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) – Jajaran Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (MRT Jajaran 2)”.
The three (3) affected plots of land are located at:-
(i) Lot 47088, Jalan Kuchai Lama, Petaling, 58200 Kuala Lumpur measuring approximately 250.70 sq metres;
(ii) Lot 14298, Jalan Kuchai Lama, Petaling, 58200 Kuala Lumpur measuring approximately 148.61 sq metres; and
(iii) Lot 58602, Jalan Kuchai Lama, Petaling, 58200 Kuala Lumpur measuring approximately 30,688.00 sq metres.
The affected plots of land comprise Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein Liquid facility and operation.
The Company will make further announcements on the updates in relation to the Compulsory Acquisition.
Anybody has experienced of Government force acquisition of land for public interest and what sort of compensation the acquire will receive? will the plant and machinery affected be compensated as well?
Thank you OptimusPrime., I just worked out, it has abt 37.2 acrea of land in Jalan Kuchai Lama.Force acquired abt 11.2acreas, it left 26 acres of land for commercial purpose. Provided whole factory reallocated.
No wonder it flies non stop in last couple of weeks. I was tempting to let go my holding . Nearly Tak boleh tahan to get down from the flight. Too... Fast.

I TOLD MG9231 LONG AGO WHEN AJINOMOTO WAS ONLY RM2.50
The Land cost is only Rm44 psf.
If According to Market it should be around Rm300 to Rm900 psf!

i can only give you an example, a friend of mine they will apply govt land in the name of cultivation of plants or other purpose, they are bumi. and they do get the land in various places of various size.
what do they do? they did nothing, just sitting on it. and wait until govt acquire land for infrastructure purpose, which govt only compensate them a small sum (since they got it for free) and they will hire consultant to fabricate a report, said they have invested in machinery and other research cost of xxxx amount.

Just noticed your question on KSeng, Yes, KSeng has lots of landbanks. However, most are at the fringe of Iskandar. The only good lands are found in Tmn Daya. Tmn Daya already fully developed. There is only one Big Piece of Commercial land left.
Sifu MG9231 has lots of Kseng shares. He was so angry with KSeng Directors that he thought of throwing shoes at them during KSeng AGM. Maybe he can enlighten you more.
33.75 sen = 50% payout. with huge cash pile, think moving forward 50% will be standard payout % unless new expansion suck up big cash. just wonder this quarter profit margin reduce so much. maybe tomolo got some selling pressure
